I listen
I do not have a set process or way of working: every company and every leader is different and I expect to adapt to them, not the other way around.
So, our work together starts with me listening - to what your issues are, what you want to say and who you need to persuade.
It is only by listening that I can learn how to maximise the communications opportunity you have, for you.

I write
This is where I go away, do further research as necessary and use all my years of experience to produce a draft for you. I will work with the wider team as required to make sure I have the full picture.
This is where you get on with other stuff and stop worrying about it – everything is under control.

We refine
Maybe I get it right first time. That does happen – in fact, it happens more and more the longer we work together. Maybe we need to adjust things, and that's not a problem. I will fix any issues quickly and get right back to you.
I am going to make sure that you get what you need because I want all of my clients to be repeat clients. In fact, all of my clients are repeat clients.
